.: ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS :.

We need your best artwork to do a great job!: Please submit your artwork via email to artwork@excaliburcreations.com, or via standard mail on a standard CD, DVD; or as Camera Ready Art.

All artwork must be identified with your company's name and purchase order number. For the best printing results, please submit your artwork in one of the following formats:

• Vector Art: Artwork that has been created using Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Freehand, and saved as an EPS file. Please create outlines for all fonts, or include the font files with your artwork. (We do not recommend importing or embedding TIFF, jpeg, or other bitmap images into an EPS format.)
   -Ensure all text is converted to curves or outlines and scans are placed or sent along as separate files (as a .tif for example).
   
• TIFF or Photoshop Files: When vector art is not available, we also accept TIFF and Photoshop (PSD) files. These files must be created at a minimum 600 dpi resolution with the artwork color separated and sized correctly.
   
• Camera-Ready Art: 100% black and white positive image that does not require any alterations. Multi-color images must be color separated. The image must be sized to fit as large as possible on standard 8.5" x 11" letter size paper. We will re-size the artwork to your specifications, or to fit the best print quality and placement on the product.

Please zip, rar or stuff large files whenever possible.

Excalibur Creations & Recognition reserves the right to reject any artwork that does not meet the above specifications.
We are unable to accept art in the following formats:

• Artwork imported into a word processing program such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
   
• Files compressed for internet presentation, such as Bitmap (BMP), JPEG, GIF, etc.
   
• Photocopies, faxes, sketches, business cards, stationary, or other imprinted products.

VECTOR FILES - Files that are composed of mathematical shapes containing points and fills.
Common vector programs include Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.

RASTOR / BITMAP FILES - File made up of individual pixels (squares) of color.
Most imaging programs will create this type of file.(bmp, jgp, tif, gif)

Proof Approval: Within one business day of receiving your Purchase Order, Excalibur Creations & Recognition will reply with written Proof Approval. If you do not receive a Proof Approval within 24 hours of sending your Purchase Order, please contact Excalibur Creations & Recognition to confirm that your artwork was received. Please proof read carefully for any typographical errors, omissions, discrepancies in artwork, etc.

Return a signed copy of your Proof Approval to Excalibur Creations & Recognition via fax, mail, or email.

Verbal approvals will not be accepted.

By signing the Proof Approval, you are indicating that the proof is correct and is to be printed exactly as specified and approved. Excalibur Creations & Recognition is not responsible for reruns or corrections of printed materials caused by errors undetected by the customer on any proof approved materials.

Production will not be scheduled until the Proof Approval is received.
